Yay or Nay for this “Fairy Pink” Nicecream🌱
Seriously creamy and different from your regular ice cream, since the lockdown began this “Nicecreams” became so popular on social media and we wanted to try it with our own little twist. Want to know how to create this fluffy, thick and delish nicecream bowl here’s @freshly_vegans top tips:
💖Invest in a good quality blender, we use a @vitamix Ascent a2300i (it’s a life changing)
💖Frozen over-ripen bananas (lots of them)
💖For gorgeous colours we recommend powder food colouring like pink pitaya, blue spirulina, curcumin powder etc.

🤍4 frozen bananas
🤍3 frozen strawberries
🤍2 tbsp plant milk
🤍1 tsp pink pitaya
🤍1 tsp rum extract
For decorating just be creative there’s no right or wrong, have fun with it or you can skip the topping part if you don’t fancy doing it 😁
