Today we decide to make a red lentils linguine recipe , cheap and filling which goes very well with most spice combination. Beside the fact this recipe is vegan the split red lentils make a good alternative for red mincemeat. The sauce itself its incredibly simple and you do not even need to precook the lentils. Every ingredient used in this video has the vegan label.
Marinara sauce and red lentils is a delicious combination, marinara offers deep and rich tomato flavour when lentils offer earthy flavour and hearty. When you combine marinara and lentils not only you will get a traditional pasta dish you will also benefit from a well balanced, fibre-rich lunch or dinner.
