Vegan Chia and Banana Pudding

Frozen berries, chia seeds, maple syrup, coconut yoghurt, bananas

How to make Chia and Banana pudding?

This vegan Chia and Banana pudding is creamy and delicious perfect for a light dessert.

How Chia seed pudding tastes like?

It’s thick and creamy almost similar to rice pudding or grits, chia seeds by themselves they don’t have any taste that’s why we use bananas, maple syrup or vanilla extract to sweeten and bring a delicious flavor to this type of dessert.

The secret to a good Vegan Chia and Banana Pudding is stir, stir and stir again otherwise the Chia seed won’t “gel up” .
We don’t want to end up with a soupy, runny consistency.

Many Vegan Chia and Banana Pudding recipes are made with plant milk. Therefore we found that using dairy free flavored yogurt like coconut vanilla brings an extra sweetness and a creamy texture.
To add balance we often use frozen or fresh berries, kiwi or oranges.

I love a sweet dessert but not to sweet so that’s  why is a good idea to use berries or citrus fruits.

You will never be happy if you continue to search for what happiness consists of. You will never live if you are looking for the meaning of life.

LOVE WHAT YOU DO. DO WHAT YOU LOVE

Making Chia and Banana pudding is easy as it sounds. The only hard part is having to wait a few hours for the pudding to chill and set. But trust me is so worth the wait!
